1. Seller

2. Reservation and contract

Completing checkout creates a reservation, not a payment. We hold the reserved items for 10 calendar days. The sales contract is formed when you pay the total sent to you by email (items, shipping and insurance). If payment is not received within the reservation period, the reservation expires and the items become available again.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping and insurance are quoted individually before payment.

4. Payment

Payment is made through a secure Stripe payment link. We never see or store your card details.

5. Delivery

Orders are shipped after payment is received. Delivery times depend on the destination and the carrier. See Shipping & payment.

6. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, by contacting [EMAIL]. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. We will refund the amount paid, including the original standard shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving the items back.

7. Condition of items

Many of our items are vintage or second-hand collectibles. Their condition is described and photographed in each product page.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
