Shipping & payment

How buying works

When you complete checkout your pieces are reserved for you for 10 days. You don't pay anything at that moment.

We pack your order, request a shipping quote to your exact address and email you the final total (items + shipping + loss insurance) together with a secure Stripe payment link.

Once the payment is received we ship your order and send you the tracking number.

Shipping

We ship worldwide from Spain. Shipping costs depend on the weight, the size of the box and the destination, so we quote each order individually.

Customs and import taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union (and to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) may be subject to import duties, taxes and handling fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.

Insurance

All shipments include insurance against loss, which will be itemised in your payment email.
